Refund policy

Customer Canceled orders paid with credit/debit cards will be charged a 5% fee.  Refunds can be processed prior to delivery and/or loading in your vehicle. Products may be inspected for quality during the delivery/pickup. After delivery or your departure from our yard, returns will not be accepted. Please contact us if our products or services don’t meet your expectations. We will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.
